Ateb Consult Ltd (now CDM Solutions) are assisting Llanishen RFC with their development of a new million pound plus floodlit 3G pitch and associated changing facilities.  Although the development is fully funded by the Rugby Club the new floodlit facility will also be available for use by Llanishen High school and the wider community.

Ateb Consult (now CDM Solutions) have been advising the Rugby Club on construction and CDM2015 regulations related issues throughout the planning and pre-construction phases at no cost and will continue to be involved in a project management role as the development is constructed, again offering this service at a minimal fee.

We have found Ateb Consults (now CDM Solutions) advice invaluable in enabling us to proceed with our development vision and their flexibility on consultant fees has also been of great benefit in assisting us to develop and finally deliver a project that will not only benefit the rugby club but also the wider community in North Cardiff.
